At the beginning of year, you may say ‘A Happy New Year’ to your friends. Of course also in Japan, you can say “あけましておめでとうございます(Akemashite omedetou gozaimasu)” which is corresponded the greeting ‘A Happy New Year’. But you can say the phrase “今年もよろしくお願いします(Kotoshi mo yoroshiku onegai shimasu)” as well.

The phrase means “I’m looking forward to working with you.”

よろしくお願いします(yoroshiku onegai shiasu)：let’s enjoy together.

*There is no accurate English word corresponded the Japanese phrase ‘よろしくお願いします’. For this time, it can be translated as “Let’s enjoy together.”
